How does MessageMyFans work for creators?

You claim a vanity URL, drop it in your social bios, and fans tap to subscribe with their phone. You get a dedicated number to broadcast and reply from — no app downloads, no logins, no friction.

Is my content monitored or censored on MessageMyFans?

We pre-flight every broadcast against carrier SHAFT compliance (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) — but only because carriers will block your number if you violate it. We surface the issue, suggest a rewrite, and let you decide. We don't monitor your private 1:1 replies.

Can I send links in SMS messages to my fans?

Yes — but bare links from new numbers get flagged. We auto-shorten and warm up your number's domain reputation in the first 30 days so your links land. After that you can send anywhere.

What happens if I get banned on my main platform?

Your MMF list is yours. Phone numbers, message history, lifetime spend, tier — all exportable. If your IG goes down tomorrow, you still have a direct line to every fan who subscribed.

How do fans unsubscribe from MessageMyFans?

Reply STOP — instant, carrier-mandated, can't be disabled. We also expose a one-tap unsubscribe link in your /s/ page. Easy in, easy out is what keeps the list healthy.

What does MessageMyFans cost?

We're still finalizing pricing. The plan is transparent per-message economics with no revenue cuts on what fans pay you — but the model isn't published yet. Beta participants get early access while we lock that in.

Can I change my MessageMyFans URL later?

Yes, once. Your old URL redirects forever, so the link in your IG bio keeps working. After that, contact support — we want to keep URLs stable for your fans.

How does it actually work?

Sign up, get your number, set up your profile. Share your link (messagemyfans.com/s/yourname) on your socials. Fans tap it, text your number, and instantly get your 3-text welcome sequence. Free fans get your broadcasts. Paid fans get direct messaging access.

Can I send links?

Yes. Social media links (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) go through direct with rich previews. Other links are wrapped through our redirect for carrier safety and click tracking.

Can I set my own price?

Yes, $3-$100/mo in your Settings. The upgrade offer text and Stripe Checkout automatically match your price. Fans pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any card.

What happens if I don't connect Stripe?

Fans can still subscribe for free and get your broadcasts. The payment link only appears in the welcome sequence after you connect Stripe. No pressure — connect when you're ready.

Can fans text me back?

Paid subscribers can message you directly and you'll see it in your iMessage-style inbox. Free subscribers who try to message get an upgrade prompt with your payment link.

What if a fan sends inappropriate content?

Our content filter catches it before it reaches you. Your compliance page shows your status, violation history, and content guidelines so you always know where you stand.
